King Arthur’s legend is one of the most well-known stories of all time. Historically, some say that Arthur was a warrior of the Dark Ages, but literature made him a romantic hero and the King of England. The legend says that he was the first born son of King Uther Pendragon, and heir to the throne, but he was raised in a secret place and nobody knew his heritage. The little boy’s future and the destiny of the Excalibur were all planned out by a wizard called Merlyn…Fairytales rely on our fantasy and so does theatre. Merlin Theatre in a collaboration with Madhouse Company now invite us to a journey full of magic and imagination. A journey that can take audiences into their childhood dreams and a truly theatrical fantasy world. A journey, that will not end when the performance finishes. This production is only the first part of King Arthur’s story. The legend carries on and continues in the next season… Cast: Matt Devere, Mike Kelly
